                                                    frequently asked questions....

what is airbrush tanning?

Airbrush or "spray" tanning, as it's commonly called, is a method of sunless tan application where a certified technician applies a fine mist of DHA based solution to the skin using a professional airbrush gun.

-how long does the tan last?

The tan lasts approximately 5-7 days (even longer for some), depending on a person's activities, aftercare and condition of skin. Moisturizing twice a day w a non-oil based moisturizer will extend the life of your tan.

-how long do I wait before showering?

To give your tan enough time to fully develop, it is recommended waiting a minimum of 8 hours to shower, however 24 hours is best. Showering sooner may diminish the intensity of the tan.

what kind of wash and lotion do I use after the tan?

Use a sunless safe formula, alcohol and oil free. The best one's to use are Norvell Pro-Long sunless tan extender, Norvell Daily Replenishing 24 hr moisturizer and Norvell pH Balancing Shower CLEANSER. I sell all of these and other Norvell sunless tan products. By not using a sunless safe formula, you could strip the tan and have it fade unevenly.

-will it get on my sheets?

There is a possibility it will get on your sheets, it is not a problem. Because the solution is water based, it will wash right out.

-will I look orange?

No, not at all. I use a high quality solution and all of my tans include a pre tan pH balancing spray. I use a brown based solution for olive and naturally tan skin and a violet based solution for pink/red undertone, pale skin. I use both solutions on myself. The "o" word doesnt exist at the bronzetique!

Tanlines are optional!
